We will enjoy a special cantata worship for Advent 3 (Dec 11 only).

Week 4: December 17 & 18
Prepare our hearts for Love

Each week of Advent will bring special music, an Advent reading and candle lighting in our weekend worship services. Once again, our children will also receive a candle of their own to take home each week to celebrate the season.

We will offer Holden Evening Prayer at our Saturday worship at 5:30 pm during the Advent season. At our Sunday 9:30 am worship, we will offer ELW setting 10.

Calvary Lutheran Advent Worship Services

St. Nick Night (December 7) - Worship at 6:30 pm

Live Nativity (December 14) -
Worship at 6:30 pm (All kids sing)

Christmas Eve (December 24) -
In Person (No Registration) 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Candle-lighting will be offered at all three worship services. Holy Communion will ONLY be offered at the 9:00 pm service.

There will also be a televised Christmas Eve worship service on KCLO at TBD.

Christmas Day (December 25) -
 9:30 am in-person worship service, as well as our televised worship service on the CW at 10:00 am (the recorded service of readings and carols from December 11th).

Chapel Christmas Lighting
  • The Chapel and grounds will be decorated for the season. Visitors are welcome to follow the lane of lights to view the decorations from their vehicle. Better yet, park in the lot and walk up along the lighted walkways to view the Chapel and other decorations close-up. Try your hand at some night photography!
